Granite Mortar and Pestle Use and Care Instructions

HOW TO USE GRANITE MORTAR AND PESTLE

1.  Remove the mortar and pestle from the packaging.

2.  Place any herbs and spices you wish to grind in the mortar.

3.  While holding the pestle in one hand, firmly hold the mortar with the other hand to help further prevent the mortar from moving.

4.  With the pestle, pulverize the herbs and spices by grinding them between the mortar and the pestle.

5.  When the herbs and spices reach desired grind, spoon the herbs and spices out of the mortar and use accordingly.

CARE AND CLEANING

1.  Empty the grinds from the mortar.

2.  Wash the granite mortar and pestle in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using this product, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

1.  Read all instructions.

2.  Lift and place with care when moving.  Never slide the mortar as this may scratch the surface.

3.  Close supervision is necessary when this product is being used by or near children.

4.  The use of accessories or attachments not recommended by Jascor may cause hazards.

5.  This product is for Household Use Only.  Do not use appliance for other than its intended use.
